"Great hotel easy walk to Tivoli and Copenhagen H. Only gripe that kept me from giving it 5 stars was their housekeeping policies. If you don’t tell them by 10 pm the night prior, housekeeping skips your room. I realized that too late on my second night, so they didn’t refresh any of the coffee/tea supplies, nor remove any used ones. I had asked a housekeeper next door to my room if she could just swap towels and supplies, no need for full cleaning, which she said was fine. When I got back in the evening my two days of cups and glasses were still sitting, and I ran out of coffee, sugar and creamer. I also had to call twice, an hour apart, to ask for a room fan as it was too warm to sleep, which they finally delivered while I was out. Maybe a fluke, so would stay again. Breakfast, bar, and amenities were great."
