I did not add the breakfast, because I think 18 euros is too pricey. But I loved the location, an easy walk from the train station and to most historical and cultural sites. The staff was always professional and courteous, and I loved the robo-vac that cruised the lobby, smiling and winking at guests. ...

Hilton Turin Centre
Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?

We were greeted at the door by Andrea, whose care was carried on by Pasquale - excellent service. Tatiana, at the front desk was equally efficient and gracious. The food service, after our first day anticipated our needs. Francesca led the breakfast service.
