“Location was AMAZING! And concept is great! Staff was SUPER helpful. Sadly, there is a lot of maintenance that need to be addressed. There is not enough staff on property (our server was also the host and the bartender - he was also the ONLY server for anyone who came in). There is potential for this property, but the prices they are charging are WAY out of range of what they provide (we had to move rooms due to lack of A/C (it was over 95 that day) and phone not working in room - it took over 3...

“Hotel was clean, and front desk was kind. The room was very cozy and quiet. As we were traveling more than 20 days throughout many national parks, we needed a quiet room for chilling. This hotel was that one!.”

“They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high.”

“Everything was great overall. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. We waited more 15 minutes for check-in in the evening, and there was no one at the Front Desk during that time. Additionally, the Front Desk staff member we interacted with later was a little rude. Although the official checkout time was 11:00 AM, someone knocked on our door at around 9:30am asking whether we are checking out. We found this rather unpleasant and unnecessary, especially since we...

“Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!”

“Good”

“객실이 넓고 깨끗하였음 직원분들도 매우 친절하였습니다”

“This property was an ideal base for our outdoor adventures in Moab. Early every day, we made breakfast and a packed lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed (but no dishwasher). We took very long hikes and/or mountain bike rides each day. We ate out in Moab each night. The bathroom was good... with decent water pressure in the shower. We slept well in the comfortable king bed. We particularly liked the locked bike storage shed (it was convenient and felt secure enough). Great trip!”
