"The place has a 5 star rating, but it feels like a 1 star. The towels were musty. The bed felt like a massage table...it was really hard. The curtains had stains. The shower was dirty and had hair strands by the shampoo pump. They only had shampoo, shower gel and water. No other amenities. The attendant didn’t offer to carry my bag and he almost didn’t bring me to my room. The pool was clean and they have mosquito repellant to plug in.
