"It was a lovely stay for us. Everyone in the staff was very courteous and nice. The breakfast spread was decent. The resort is right on the beach and is very family and kids friendly. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option."

"it's just amazing"

"The pool was amazing, and huge! The rooms are so big, and clean with a lovely view of the pool and a beautiful bathroom. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a hike to get to my room each day, but the hotel are happy to take you in a buggy. Also it's quite a hike to the shops but they offer a shuttle or you can rent a push bike. The beach is within 20 meters of the hotel which was amazing."

"Everything was perfect "

"Estella resort is a nice resort. The beach was nice, the room was nice (pool access), the pools were nice too. There’s many pictures options by the beach. They have tables, swings, and hammocks for guest to use. You can walk to other resort restaurants and the beach is clean. The only thing is sooooo many mosquitoes. Be prepared to get bit even with mosquitoes repellent. "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff and generally well running resort"

"We checked in afternoon. We booked three rooms. Villa for 3 nights, the villa was huge for four people. rooms are very specious and ensuit bathroom where the same. living room nicely laid out and very nice decorated it. Air conditioning was perfect. Reception was really slow and check in almost not prepared for Our arrival although transport was arranged by the hotel from the airport. Their transportation service was poor. The villa itself was marvelous although of some need for maintenance here and there. in room dining was good. There was difficulty of understanding English with some of the staff. pool needed maintenance and fortunately the flooring of the pool was too sharp that my kids got many scratches. Breakfast was too poor. Beach wasn’t cleaned and looks abandoned although it is very beautiful. Pool wasnt heated and jaccuzi wasnt working. I believe if the management changed this hotel will be a real gem in mai khao. "
