“We were there with our grandchildren to enjoy the Lake and spend a few days in the Ozarks. They provide everyone with a wrist band which opens the door to your room. This is all that they provide. Once on site there is NOTHING inclusive about this stay. You have options for a couple of pools for free and that is it. Even the Putt Putt Golf and Activity Program for children have fees and they are not inexpensive. Re -think the Family experience and include something with the cost of the hotel...

“Staff was very friendly at the front desk. We stayed in the Avilla section the “luxury suites” there were multiple dead spiders against the baseboards in our room. Besides that the room was clean but it did make me feel quite uncomfortable with sleeping there.”

The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

“The corporate side of the company has setup their Expedia rooms to be all the same, but charging for different tiers of rooms as though you will get what is listed, and pay for. IE: Double queen standard King with sofa Junior Suite Executive Suite Etc. I got an executive suite because it was assumed to have a microwave and frig, because the junior suite shows pictures of an actual suite with those amenities. One may assume if a junior does, a certainly executive does. Same price so why not go...

“This is not the place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the marina. But they played music starting at about 10 am until 1 am in the morning. The restaurant also leaves much to be desired as food goes. The restaurant bartender was the best thing about the place. I definitely will choose a different resort next time.”

“Absolutely phenomenal stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff was fantastic, the rooms were quiet, and the breakfast was so good I briefly considered extending my vacation just to eat another waffle. The only “complaint” wasn’t really the hotel’s fault it was my travel companion’s. “We loved this area! Property was very clean and was a great pick for family friendly activities. You can tell the owners try to make this a fun place for family.”

“Front desk staff from jul 3rd to July 5th were were very friendly and helpful. Ran out of towels at the pool called the front desk and the lady brought more within a few minutes.”

“The pool was empty. The Expedia listing advertised a full service pool. There was no water pressure at the bathroom sink or shower. The rooms were not clean. The common areas were covered in trash and cigarette butts. No effort to correct any of these issues. We will never stay here again.”
