“We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again.”

“Room was great/spacious/clean - location is very easy to get around Byron.
Staff were amazing - I misplaced some jewellery during stay and the staff went out of their way to help me successfully find it - thank you so much ☺️
