Each guest was given a towel and a locker big enough to hold a large backpack. The bed had an Asian style firm mattress and a thin sheet, a private light, 2 sockets and a small shelf. "Robinsons Mall is right next door with plenty of shopping and dinning options. This hotel is great for short stays and stop overs. The only shortfall is there is no where to hang or store clothing if you are staying more than a few days."

"It is not the Hotel fault it actually the promotional add, the place has no safety box, no tv for entertainment, and if your handy cap no elevator even it's only 2 floor. The stuff are very and the Management are very helpful but asking for refund from Hotel.com that's impossible, I have tried but somehow they will not respond to your email, no phone number to call either.
