집같은 느낌! Amazing place!good staff&peaceful
직원들이 너무 친절하셨고 마치 현지의 저택에 놀러 온것같은 느낌이었습니다. 자연과 매우 어우러져 있는 호텔입니다. 방이 천장이 매우높고 아주 고요한 숲속의 저택에 있는것같았어요. 욕실이 매우넓고 반은 뚫려있어 마치 밖에서 씻는것같은 특이한 경험이었습니다. 뚫려있는대신 모기와 벌레가 아주아주 많았지만 외출하고 돌아오니 친절한 직원들이 모기향을 피워주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 발리스럽고 오리엔탈적인 느낌을 원하신다면 아주 추천합니다!!! 넓은 발코니에서 숲을 보며 아침식사도 하고 행복한 경험이었습니다.

The facility and room were lovely, but the check-in process didn't go smoothly. When I provided my reservation name at the reception, they said they couldn't find any reservation information. The reception manager mentioned that they had encountered similar issues with Expedia before. After persistently requesting multiple checks, they eventually found my reservation, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for over two hours. They offered dinner as an apology, but it was disappointing to have an unpleasant experience during check-in, wasting time.

The staff is fantastic always aimed to please i’m very happy as a repeat customer. Looking forward to my next stay. I cant single out anyone person honestly all were great. My sister and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to come back to Ubud. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We enjoyed the property and our villa as well. We recommend to anyone who is considering.

Amazing property in the middle of the jungle , the style is different compared to the other properties , it has an eco lodge vibe . The garden is stunning and you can enjoy the quietness of nature without being too far from Ubud

Exotic location in a quiet area of Ubud. Gorgeous property and the staff excel above and beyond. The included breakfast was incredible. The spa was within walking distance and was true luxury. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was really amazing stay, one of the best hotels I ever been. Very beautiful and tastefully decorated. You will find everything you need. There is also common kitchen and a lot of outside spots to chill out. The stuff is just amazing and very helpful! There are free transfers to Ubud center, the area is also very interesting to discover. I really prefer to stay here than in my humble opinion very busy Ubud. I stayed 6 nights and would love to stay next time again. This place was definitely a highlight!

Dette oppholdet ble noe helt annet enn vi hadde forventet.. vi hadde sett på bildene, og lest andres anmeldelser, og forstått at dette var et fint og hyggelig sted å feriere. Så vi valgte å tilbringe deler av bryllupsreisen vår her. Ja, stedet er flott. Roen, stemningen, kulturen, alt er helt topp! Men det som virkelig gjorde bryllupsreisen perfekt, og som gjorde at tårene trillet når vi dro, var omsorgen og ydmykheten hos personalet. Vi har aldri blitt tatt bedre vare på! Ordene "thank you" har fått en ny betydning etter dette oppholdet. Absolutt alle ansatte var fabelaktige, men de som først kom inn i våre hjerter var Tika, Dewa og Wayan. Tusen takk for at dere gjorde vår bryllupsreise uforglemmelig! Vi følte at vi var blant familie.

The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The property is quite tranquil and is removed form the traffic and buzz of the main roads. The location was very convenient for us and we used the free shuttle service to get into town. Food was authentic and not one dish failed to hit the mark. We will definitely be back.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place... The place itself was a hidden little oasis and accommodation was beautiful. But it was the staff that truly made my visit there a stay to remember. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and be totally spoilt! They were so special.

Misleading online listing
Information about this hotel listed online is inaccurate- 2 km from Monkey Forest, 3 km from Ubud Palace - in your dreams. The hotel is located VERY far from everything. Shuttle bus really does help, but note that you can’t get anywhere without transport. Yoga is listed online as free, but it is not and hotel charges staggering 250000 IDR per person and the quality is the lowest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfasts are poor - you can order only one dish so if you’d like more you’ll be rejected- my friend was pregnant and would leave it half hungry. There are basically only two good things about the place- nice rice fields surrounding it and great and super accommodating staff - they really bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as it may possibly be. Overall- will never recommend it to anybody.

Unsere Family Villa liegt ca. 500 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, es steht jederzeit ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Hotel bereit. Da das Haus sehr naturnah liegt, gibt es viele Geckos, Frösche, Zikaden und ähnliche, mitunter recht laute Mitbewohner. Die Mitarbeiter sind durch die Bank weg hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lediglich bei der Verständigung hapert es, gerade an der Rezeption wären bessere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert. Das Frühstück wird auf der eigenen Terasse serviert. Der eigene Pool ist traumhaft und alles in allem ist das Haus für eine Gruppe oder Familie geeignet.

Fantastisk hotel
Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum (Ubud), men der er gratis transport dertil flere gange om dagen. Derudover tilbyder de billig taxaservice generelt. Vores værelse var pænt og rent og meget rummeligt. Medarbejderne er meget serviceorienterede, og der er ikke den ting, de ikke vil hjælpe med! Dog benytter de hver en chance for mersalg, hvilket godt kan blive belastende i længden. Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk! Poolen er fin og ren, men med meget klor, den blev ikke brugt så meget af andre end os, mens vi var der.

Tudo ótimo, o quarto era enorme, todos os funcionários super atenciosos, chá da tarde de graça, café da manha no quarto. Eles tem uma outra unidade que fica uns 5min de distancia a pé, então além da piscina do Vila Arya também podia usar a outra que era mais bonita ainda, lá também tem um restaurante muito bom. A região ao redor não tem nada turístico por perto, mas gostamos da tranquilidade do local.

Nice facility but nothing worked
We booked a bigger place to share with our friends but they gave us separate places. Our place had no hot water until we complained and they fixed it. The private pool did not work. The color of the pool was brown. They told us it would be fixed on the 2nd day and no one fixed it. When we ordered room service, no one came to collect the plates. There were ants everywhere so I had to return the plates myself. The food at the restaurant was overpriced. I would not stay here again as I did not have a good experience overall.

Amazing stay away from ubud centre!!
Loved this villa! It was so quiet and intimate and the staff were phenomenal!! It just reaLly felt like an oasis away from the busyness of ubud centre!

Mooi hotel
Mooie schone kamers, ruim opgezet. Enige minpuntjes zijn dat het een stukje buiten ubud ligt en dat je echt een scooter nodig hebt want taxi’s zijn bijna niet te krijgen of zijn ontzettend duur. Ontbijt kan ook wel iets beter maar ach, wat heb je nodig voor ontbijt???

Positives; Extremely pleasant staff and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud town. Negatives; Wifi was very poor throughout the duration of our stay. Free shuttle service only operates twice a day.

Peaceful, sublime paradise, stunningly beautiful
Perfect for romantic, private getaway, so incredibly serene and the gardens are paradise. The breakfast was awesome, the staff welcoming and friendly, service fantastic. Was 10 minutes from town, but that made it extremely quiet....perfect for couples. We LOVED everything about this boutique resort.

moved out as quick as we could - really bad!
We did not enjoy this place at all.. room was not at all like advertise. very unsafe ro us at our age!!Wpould never recommend it and definitley never go there again!

Hidden Gem in Ubud
Hidden away in its own little haven, the staff were very friendly and a lovely place to stay. More like the true Bali than some hotels and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Lovely and relaxed stay
Room was very lovely, clean and spaceous. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Free shuttle bus to city ubud on scheduled timings.

Im Februar verbrachten wir 1 Woche in der Villa Arya in einem wunderschönen, sehr großen Zimmer mit einem ebenfalls riesigen Bad. Das Service und Housekeeping war hervorragend. Es gibt zwar Küche mit guten Speisen, aber kein Restaurant, also wird einem alles im Garten oder am Balkon serviert. Das Hotel bietet 2-mal täglich ein Shuttleservice in die Stadt, wir haben uns aber ein Moped gemietet.

Almost nice but missed on a number of things
The villa we rented is next to a neighbor with chickens and as a result we were infested with flies. This took a couple of visits with fly paper which helped but it was impossible to eat breakfast the first day there were so many. The next day I had to ask again for fly paper. In addition, the overhead fan - essential for mosquitos and the flies - was broken when we arrived and necessitated a visit from the repairmen and a partial repair. The fuse for the a/c blew two times and breakfast was always partially delivered - missing cutlery, drinks, etc. The room was not always turned down either or restocked. In addition, I had paid for 3 people but only 2 stayed the first night. No refund was offered but when we supposedly called 2 minutes to late for the shuttle service we were charged for the ride back. The room is lovely and it could have been perfect but these series of issues detracted from the whole experience.

nice villa not far away from Ubud CBD
I stayed at the villa two nights. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Free shuttles take to the CBD area twice a day. Breakfast is good. We ordered traditional Indonesian food for dinner, which was quite good with special flavor.

Peaceful villa
We had a wonderful break from a busy work life this villa in ubud. The accommodation was always clean and quiet, with lovely gardens and refreshing pool. Breakfast in the garden each day was bliss. Transfers to town and other destinations always easily achieved. Staff always smiling. Keep address handy as driveway tricky to see. Hidden gem.

Staff ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt zwei mal am Tag einen gratis Shuttle nach Ubud. Das ist sehr praktisch. Zimmer und Pool waten sauber. Wir haben ein Zimmer inkl. Frühstück gebuch, im Hotel hiess es jedoch "room only". Auf Nachfrage hiess es dann, das Frühstück sei ausnahmsweise inbegriffen. Beim auschecken mussten wir dann doch das Frühstück zusätzlich berappen. Minuspunkt beim Service...
