"Check-in was very easy and I was able to go straight to my room. I booked a sea-view room and the view was beautiful. I could see the water and a lot of the city as well. The room and bathroom were clean, the shower was nice, the AC worked well, and I had no issues with noise at night. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable during my stay. Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and my room was cleaned daily. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Ali was especially helpful and assisted me with my luggage. The location was very convenient. The tram was about a 10-minute walk or less depending on your pace, and Galata Tower was around a 20-minute walk or less. I mostly walked during my trip because so much was nearby. I also had food delivered to the hotel with no issues; the staff called my room when it arrived. Checkout was very easy, and since my flight was later that evening, the hotel stored my luggage after checkout and brought it out when my ride arrived. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was spotless, showcasing top-tier cleanliness throughout my entire stay. After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable space was a treat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful, high-quality night's sleep every single night. Between the prime location, pristine facilities, and world-class service, Mövenpick exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul!"
