It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. There was no dishwasher. The utensils were extremely dirty. The tea kettle was dirty we could not use it. There was not even 1 extra towel for the whole stay. The parking is at a different level than the property it was extremely difficult to bring our things to the room.
