This hotel was below my expectations, but the staff was sweet and accommodating. The bedding was clean, but stained. The shower head was broken, and little things like lack of soap dishes made it a less than ideal stay. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, the only positive part of the experience.

I really liked that the property was easier accessible just off the main road. This inn was a lovely place to stsy in this small town. Rooms recently renovated and done beautifully, had all the amenities including coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was also included. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming.

Room was clean but shower head was broken and beds weren’t comfy. Our allergies went crazy the whole night so not sure if there’s mold or just old carpet but that wasn’t fun. Just an older stay for the price. Not what I expected.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and made the whole stay great. It was a good spot to overnight on a longer trip, we didn't spend time in the area. The road noise but a bit louder than expected but the breakfast area and creek out back were great. We watched deer while eating breakfast.

The cleaning gentleman opened my door told me “check out is 11” I said I got approval to leave a bit later then he barked “why didn’t you reply when I knocked - I was listening to music so I didn’t hear him but it felt like I was scolded as the guest

This is an older property. The bedding on one of the beds needed to be cleaned - there was some cracker residue under the pillow.

Nice stop along the route

Lovely Inn good location
I really did love the end. However I was disappointed by the fact that I hung my maid service request sign on my door at 8 AM when I left and when I got back at 1:30 PM, nothing has been done. We could see that there was only a few guest staying at the hotel. When I called the front office about it he said he would get them on it but it didn’t happen until I followed up again an hour later. And then all she did was come and empty the garbage can which is what I said I really needed most. That was annoying but I would stay there again for sure.

Nice, but...
Good location however disappointed that the ice machine was not working, the pool area was not open until 8am (I like to read outside in the morning) and the cycling air conditioner was quite loud, making it somewhat hard to stay asleep.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately someone broke our ice machine and the brand is difficult to get parts and tech. We are working on it. You can always access pool area from inside lobby - there is french doors which lead out to the pool. Pool officially opens at 9:30 am.

Bad hotel, stay away!!
Stay away from this place, bed in room was broken, next room they put us in had no smoke alarm and the AC filters looked like they had never been cleaned. When I asked for adjacent rooms, guy told me they were so busy, I pointed out to him that his parking lot didn’t reflect that. Hotels.com should not advertise this hotel on their website. Way overpriced for what you get.

This is not a high end Inn. It is basically a cheap motel that charges way too much. The room was dirty and I was not offered another room. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. The breakfast was a joke. This place should be removed from Hotels.com listings as it gives the web site a bad name. I have never stayed in a more horrible place. I do not recommend anyone subject themselves to this cut rate place.

Initially checking in the property, the outside looked like the pictures. We were given our room key and upon entering the room it was nothing compare to what the website displays. The room was super outdated. The microwave and fridge were yellow and not appealing. The microwave was a dial knob. The room was very dark with only one lamp. I called front desk and said this is not the room I booked. She advice for me to go downstairs and get a new room re issue. Once we made the transaction she said she had to check our initial room first before handing off the new room. I told her why is the room so different and dark? She responded by saying it’s the only room in the property that’s like that and that some people liked their rooms dark. The resssigned room was definitely better and matched the description you see on line. I have no idea why this property would give that dark outdated room out for rental. We had to describe it as a vampire den not appealing at all

The shower was moldy all over. It was so gross. I thought this was the nicest hotel in willits but it’s the nastiest place I have ever stayed in the US.

Where to start with all my issues .... when I checked in to my room it had not been cleaned. I asked for a new room and the manager Janet said no and that she would have it cleaned it ASAP. So I went to the pool for 2 hrs and when I came back it STILL was not cleaned. I had to get ready for a business function so I got ready in a dirty room. An old man came at the same time and said he was there to clean it, I told him it would have to wait until I left for dinner. He then gets angry and tells me I can stay somewhere else if I'm not happy because they are fully booked. I found out the next day that this man was the owner! That is how they treat their customers. Manager Janet said she would make it right and give me a discount. When I checked out, no discount. So I left a message to have her call me. She didn't call. I called a few days later & left a message. She didn't call me back. I called 2 days later & left another message, with no return phone call. You get the pattern here. The staff are liars and cheats at this hotel! Now about that room - the sink was cracked, the toilet seat was worn down noticeably, the countertop was cracked, the door doesn't automatically shut, the bathroom walls were disgusting, the tub didn't work, the shower head looked like (and worked) like it was from 1970. Other lack of amenities include the hot tub that was a 'warm tub' because of their cheapness, & they use the smallest coffee cups possible. Even breakfast is cheap. It's overpriced.
