Where to start with all my issues .... when I checked in to my room it had not been cleaned. I asked for a new room and the manager Janet said no and that she would have it cleaned it ASAP. So I went to the pool for 2 hrs and when I came back it STILL was not cleaned. I had to get ready for a business function so I got ready in a dirty room. An old man came at the same time and said he was there to clean it, I told him it would have to wait until I left for dinner. He then gets angry and tells me I can stay somewhere else if I'm not happy because they are fully booked. I found out the next day that this man was the owner! That is how they treat their customers. Manager Janet said she would make it right and give me a discount. When I checked out, no discount. So I left a message to have her call me. She didn't call. I called a few days later & left a message. She didn't call me back. I called 2 days later & left another message, with no return phone call. You get the pattern here. The staff are liars and cheats at this hotel! Now about that room - the sink was cracked, the toilet seat was worn down noticeably, the countertop was cracked, the door doesn't automatically shut, the bathroom walls were disgusting, the tub didn't work, the shower head looked like (and worked) like it was from 1970. Other lack of amenities include the hot tub that was a 'warm tub' because of their cheapness, & they use the smallest coffee cups possible. Even breakfast is cheap. It's overpriced.
