Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Average stay, but two complaints with the dirty sheets and the shower being either scalding hot or freezing cold. No noisy neighbors though.

Staff was great. The only thing is my safety with my kids was a very concerned for me because there was a lot of homeless, and it was very dirty around the area. It does have a lot of stores around, but it’s just feels safe. The doors locks where broken, and the showers where broken

You get what you pay for. 3 stars is a fair acknowledgment. The staff worked hard checking people in with a smile. The room was clean but it needs more love. Things are just covered up with a slap of paint. And the sliding door to the bathroom was very awkward. We slept and moved on. So still very grateful for a shelter.

Ok its no 5 star hilton. But its affordable, clean, has t.v, microwave,fridge, the staff (when I was there was absolutely amazing.) They require a $50 deposit which is hella cheap and my Maggie (service dog in training) was allowed with no extra deposit. I recommend this spot if you dont need a Hilton.

Room was as expected, typical for a motel6. Ice machine was broken. Lots of homeless people passing through the parking lots (not the fault of the motel, just the location). Staff were super helpful. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Will consider staying there again.

I liked the bed. The front desk could not give me a receipt .I enjoyed my night. Except I have not received a receipt from Expedia. The site said $49-50 & I hope I was not over charged. I live in Fort Bragg & drove 5 hours & too tired to continue over the hill. The front desk informed me they do not know what a third party will charge. I am living on very low income & could have rested but it was worth $50 to stay at Motel 6 in Ukiah. Please email a receipt. Thank you, liza
