"About a three minute walk from the train station. Step out the front door and you right in the thick for the Namba madness! Yet our room was wonderfully quiet. Great breakfast and the lounge access is a nice bonus. Short stroll to the Dotonbori district. You can’t get much closer to the heart of Namba than this. Highly recommended."

"Great location with multiple train and metro stations easy to move around, clean rooms but very small if you are traveling with a kid I highly recommend booking rooms with 2 bedrooms or 2 beds. Free coffee , hot chocolate and milk in the lobby. Clean amenities, long waiting on lift. Breakfast different every day with great variety."

"The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the attention to detail with how items were laid out and hidden in plain site. We were also able to move the beds to make the room better for our needs. We found the room spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the city, from our room on the 29th floor, was amazing. The spa was magical. You are provided water, fridge, slippers, pj's,body scrub and great quality shampoos, conditioner and lotion. The room has an open concept plan where you can block the visibility into the shower. My one complaint is the shower is only blocked on one side and you enter the room via the closet/bathroom, leaving the shower/person exposed. I would definitely book this hotel again. Just be mindful of bathroom limitations regarding who you travel with."

"This was our favorite hotel of our trip. We had a great time here! We loved the room, amenities, and especially the shower. The rooms were clean, the beds were clean, and breakfast was awesome (also our favorite of the trip). There was a few nights the bar downstairs was lively with performers and good drinks. The hotel is a decent walk (~30 - 40 minutes) to any shopping (Chuo ward/Dotonbori) or dining. There is a train station right next to the hotel if walking isn't your thing, and makes it really easy to travel to and from. Everything closed really early near the hotel itself. We found a few spots close by that were very good and low priced (some told us we were the first visitors they had from the US). There is a family mart right under the hotel so late night snacks are easy. Again it was our favorite stay of the trip, plenty of walking, sightseeing, and easy transportation (Osaka Castle is a short walk as well). We will definitely stay again."
