"Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming from checking in to check out. My luggage did not make it to the resort and the check in staff(luggage) helped me locate and track my luggage. They delivered it to my room when it arrived. Excellent service and the breakfast was amazing! We will choose to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay while on vacation in Bali! Hotel was just gorgeous! 10out of 10 would recommend.
