“Nice and quiet village location for stay as part of business trip. Food was excellent.”

“It was all very good, we asked for a chair for the room and got one straight away. Towels were changed every day and it was all very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat, all served fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Inn, the only thing I will mention is that we thought we were staying in Bideford, not realising the Hotel was in Westward Ho but it wasn't a problem.”

“Fabulous hosts, couldn't do enough for us and our family of little dogs, very welcoming and homely. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. Breakfast room is delightful, along with the choice of food. Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious and comfortable 'huge' beds and fluffy warm duvets. The walled terrace area is excellent for outside dog security with lovely views and peaceful surroundings. Packed lunches were made available for us at short notice and were excellent value for money...

“This was a beautiful property. The surrounding area was picturebook. We had a very good meal and a good, comfortable sleep. My only issue is the roads were very difficult getting there, so I could not recommend to a tourist with no experience with the narrow roads and remote location.”

They catered for my dietary needs and the presentation of the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. “Owner was lovely and very helpful, accommodation was beautiful,and spotlessly clean, overlooked lovely garden, sofa under window, comfy bed and good shower, lots of little touches, white port, sparkling water and plenty of tea coffee and milk. Breakfast was superb, hopefully we will return. Evening meal at nearby pub, we hadn’t booked but were offered a late table which suited us. ”

“The Mole Resort is absolutely FABULOUS! Lodges are spacious, very clean and well equipped with own parking space at the door to the lodge. It is a quiet resort (whilst I was there anyway!) and this was well received. The team are easily contacted via WhatsApp which is great and there was only 1 issue I needed to bring to their attention (patio door did not lock during my stay, thought to be caused by the hot weather). The grounds are lovely, great to walk the dog, and although I did not visit...
