“I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. “Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. ”

We had a deluxe room with a king size bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed. There were 4 of us, myself, husband and two kids. So my first complaint is that the coffee table you need to move to pull out the sofa bed literally weighs 200 lbs. They can call it a room that sleeps 4 but it was really not...
