"It was a Saturday. It is College Graduation weekend. We have paid more because of it. We check in. Everything is fine. I unpack my suitcase. I am ready to settle down. The lavatory doesn't drain. The manager could not help. There is no handyman available. We wash our faces and brush our teeth from the bathtub. Sunday the manager tells us we have to change rooms. We repack, move to. another room, unpack. This is a Best Western Plus??? I expect to have oatmeal all ready prepared. It is in packets; just add water. I have paid over $1,000 dollars for three nights. The first night was ugly."
