“My experience at Hyatt Place Busch Gardens was disappointing. The rooms were only cleaned every two days, and even then, we had to specifically request housekeeping service. Additionally, the room was outdated and clearly in need of renovation. I expected better maintenance and service from a Hyatt hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.”

“객실이 깨끗했고 위치가 좋았어요. 다만 큰 길 옆이라 밤에 차 소음이 조금 있어요.”

“Clean room”

“직원들이 친절하고 룸이 넓고 쾌적했어요. 그리고 객실 내에 전자렌지, 냉장고, 식기류 등이 있어 간단하게 음식을 조리할 수 있었어요.”

“This property was very clean. Came in town for a cruise and they accommodated us to check in early.”

“Great breakfast… room was clean. Airport shuttle ran on time.”

“Great place to stay”

“Our room was in the first floor and while it was as described, it was dated and basic. We had a cockroach scurry across the floor one evening. The hotel played loud music at all hours which was heard throughout our hotel room before 7am and after 10pm. On the day of our checkout, maintenance was painting spots in the ground with no marking of wet paint, causing us and other visitors walk through and roll our suitcases through wet paint. The location and proximity to Busch Gardens is as good.”

“Mal olor y sucio”
