Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "

"I stayed at the Japanese Western Style room in the new wing. The room is clean and well-kept. However, it falls short of feeling luxurious.
