The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! “Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!”
