“Beautiful view of Beagle Sound. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Sebastian was wonderful, helpful and friendly. My husband had a medical issue and had to stay in the hospital so I stayed a few more days and Sebastian was so helpful and compassionate. His dinners were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Although out of town only a 5 minute, 5 dollar taxi ride away.”

“Hotel maravilhoso tanto para famílias quanto para casais. Tem um SPA completíssimo, quartos confortáveis, atendimento acolhedor e um restaurante maravilhoso como excelente custo-benefício, inclusive na carta de vinhos. ”

“The view of the city and bay is amazing. The hotel is away from the city and doesn’t offer local restaurants and shopping unless you take a taxi into town. ”

“Room and restaurant was good. Staffs were mostly friendly. But I saw only two front desk staffs during my stay, doing check in/out job and also the concierge task, which made them very busy. I think there should be at least two person at the front desk for the peak time.”

“Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast.”
