The location is perfect! Surrounded by beautiful flowers and a Mountain View. Sebastian is a wonderful host ready to assist with whatever is needed. The place is very comfortable and spotless. Sebastian prepared dinner for us which was fabulous. Very much enjoyed our stay!!

We've recently stayed at both the Arakur as well as Los Cauquenes - apparently the two best hotels in Ushuaia. So we have some frame of reference for comparison. The Arakur wins out in almost every category. Only the view from the hotel room was slightly better at Los Cauquenes due to it being situated right at the water front.
Location:
Not within walking distance of downtown Ushuaia but closer than Los Cauquenes. Both hotels offer shuttle serves into town. Arakur takes about 10-15 minutes,...

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The check-in was quick and easy. I like the spacious room. The design of the hotel looks more like a ski lodge but it's still a modern hotel with all conveniences. Five stars!

Cabin was clean and well stock. Gino gave us recommendations of were to eat and activies to do during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful and relaxing stay. 20 minute walk to city centre.

Although we stayed only one night after a cruise and early AM flight to Buenos Aires wished we could have stayed longer. Booked the Junior Suite and could not have been pleased more. Plenty of room nicely appointed and a spacious balcony. Wished we have time to enjoy their pool and hot tub. Desk attendant recommended El Viejo Marino for dinner that served an outstanding meal (we chose crab) and this restaurant was not a tourist trap. Easy city to walk and many nice spots to visit. Highly...

Had a beautiful view of the Beagle Channel! The hotel is located 1 block from the shopping street, at the beginning, but it gives you the opportunity to walk the entire street. The hotel is clean, large room and great service. I would stay there again.
