"The Good: Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great, plenty of options for places to eat. Plenty of activities available and easy to book. The Bad: No complimentary parking. Some of the lifts were broken and had been for several days before we arrived. There seemed to be no interest in getting them fixed. Quite disappointed overall, not sure I would ever come back. Would have been better booking a holiday abroad."

"Lovely place, staff really make it. Owners there and gave us great tips on places to visit. Everything we needed for our dog was there, food great, drinks great. Location perfect for visiting lots of south wales. Couldn’t fault it! Would definitely return and have already recommended it to people we met at Usk Castle, which is also well worth a visit!"

"The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "
