"The only thing we utilized was starbucks which was fabulous. TGI Fridays was terrible, my chicken was over cooked, dry. the wait staff was excellent and brought me something else, potato skin from appetizers. it was not burnt crisp but taste need to improve for such a nice hotel. Parking fees suck"

"Everything was great at this hotel! Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was clean and quite spacious. The hotel had many families, but it was not loud at all. The breakfast was pretty good. Location is perfect. Affordable compared to other hotels. Highly recommend!"

"First time to Niagara Falls. Exceptionally well located hotel with wonderful falls views. We had a room located on the eighth floor. Floor to ceiling windows. From the bed, it looked like you were staring at the ocean. As you approach the window, you had a full on view of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Great shower! Easy walk to Table Rock. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. Parking is expensive but easy access to rental car was important to us."

"Price was good but the decor is dated and worn. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms - 1 tea/coffee machine in the lobby for all hotel guests, this can get very busy especially in the morning. No breakfast or restaurant facilities. Rooms also aren't serviced - clean towels etc available on request."
