The staff were excellent but unfortunately I have 1 gripe which was brought up the first time I stayed there about a year and half ago which still have not been fixed - getting in and out of the bathtub to have your shower. It is hazardous for young people whatmore for old folks like me (76 years). I hope that the hotel would look into this by the time I next come.
The location is also convenient. We can walk to CentralWorld and it is also close to Chitlom BTS station from where we can get to Siam area, MBK and Terminal 21 shopping Centres. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional employee and location.
Breakfast was also adequate with quite a wide range of food.

"チェックインでは予約状況の確認もなく、宿泊2名にも関わらずキーカードは一枚のみ。2枚目発行にはデポジットを求められた。 エレベーターは電気系統のトラブル動かず、5階まで階段上り降り。部屋のキーカードを差し込む部分には、キーカードが入らない。ドライヤーは故障。WiFiも電気系統トラブルにより部屋では使えない 。 あまりに酷くて、泊まらずに夕方チェックアウトした。最悪。"
