"I loved everything about this hotel, other than the fact that there was no easy access to coffee in the morning. Requesting a cup at the bar, one at a time, is not easy access."
"We stayed here for a short break, 3 nights. On arrival we used the self check-in machines at the front entrance, we accidentally hit a button that gave us two complimentary drinks at he bar, but this meant that due to environmental friendly hotel policy we would not have our rooms cleaned, including no replenishment of towels or bedding and no cleaning of the room including not waste or rubbish disposal! The AC is set at a minimum temperature, so room did get very hot. Overall the hotel was ok and located in a brilliant place, close to metro and some amazing little restaurants by the river"
"the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good.
the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping
on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place."
"Breakfast was great, staff were lovely to stay with, the restaurant served peppermints (which we loved) , overall, it was pretty good. However, there are some downsides during our stay: Such as the fridge which was not cold at all so don’t buy milk or ham for next day supplies . There were no free bottles of water in room. As well as this, the water sold at the lobby/reception was a bit overpriced (the price being around 5 euros each) and the WiFi is a bit laggy when the three of us were using it . hotel is good and breakfast was delicious 😋 . Leonardo Hotel, thank you for having us and we will definitely come back.😄😄😄"
"Usb ports above bed did not work. Breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to see someone in person at the front desk when checking in rather than doing it on an ipad. Great to have free 24 hour bike garage 2 doors over from hotel entrance."
"We stayed at the wonderful Eye Hotel for seven nights in July. We were so happy we chose this hotel as our home base as we toured Utrecht and did day trips to Amsterdam, Delft, and more. The Eye Hotel is in a great area which we found to be very central and within walking distance of amenities. Slightly tucked away on a quieter street, it was nice to be away from the noisy areas but still feel like we were in a hip spot.
The hotel and room itself were wonderful! Very clean and more than enough room for two - we stayed on the second floor. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. Although we didn’t have the breakfast which looked great, the free lattes and cappuccinos in the morning were a great way to start the day.
We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again in the near future."
