"The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We ordered food in the afternoon, and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. However, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We called the front desk to report the problem, but unfortunately, no one ever came to check it. Our experience at the restaurant that evening was also disappointing. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and were told that the kitchen was already closed. At the same time, we could clearly see that food was still being served to other guests until about 10:45 p.m. We also ordered two cocktails, but they never arrived. After waiting for a while with no service, we decided to leave the restaurant and have dinner elsewhere. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the excellent breakfast. However, the lack of follow-up regarding the air conditioning and the poor service at the restaurant that night negatively affected our stay."

"Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin). Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams."
