Friendly staff, nice and clean apartment. Easy parking, everything you need available in the apartment. Only thing was that the house cleaning was not cleaning to well, left the kitchen untouched. But everything else 5 stars

Right from the start once we left the airport by train we were there in 10 minutes short walk to the property. check in was very fast I enjoyed security use of the room key to enter the elevator. The apartment style room was great Free coffee and Tea's and fruit in lobby . Less than 50 yards to the public transports Every day we used public transport to get around Netherlands Airport being a public transport hub also for connecting bus or trains. This facility made our stay very nice

Lovely 2 bed apartment. On the outskirts but just a short walk to the metro so very convenient. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loft XL has lots of space. Comfy bed. Only criticism is the air con never kicked in and the room was a bit warm and stuffy. Otherwise a great stay and a friendly front desk

Location is slightly outside of the major tourist attractions but close enough to take the trolley to old Amsterdam. There were plenty of groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was modern and well appointed. Fridge/freezer, cook top, oven and a dishwasher (but no microwave). Two TV's, lounge and comfortable bed. Pod coffee machine, plus you can get free coffee from.the machine near the reception area The train, metro and tram are all in walking distance. A supermarket which sells alcohol is just down the road and plenty of restaurants. Market 31 was our favourite. Multiple vendors and a bar all in the same building. Very happy and the staff are all so friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was so clean, nice, and comfortable. Only a few steps from the tram, and a few mins walk to the metro station. The location is only a 10-min ride to the city center. Front desk was so nice and welcoming, and my teen kids said the gym was the nicest they've seen. I highly highly recommend!

This was our second time this year at this property. We love the location and the amenities provided. Public transportation (bus, tram, metro and train) all within 10 min walking. This property will be our choice every time we come to Amsterdam.

A great hotel

We had a very spacious 2-bed adjustment with two bathrooms. Located on the top floor, we also got a beautiful view. Very reasonable prices. Really easy to get to town centre by public transport. Highly recommended

The hotel was really nice. Very safe. Bed was comfortable. One note, it was very odd to us that the shower was just in the corner of the bathroom with no inclosure. We did cook while we were there and it had all the necessities to make it possible Really appreciated the washer AND dryer option with supplied washing powder!

We had a great stay- the apartment was large, clean and functional. The beds were excellent and plenty of pillows to choose from. The front desk staff were able to assist me in calling a local venue whose website was malfunctioning. This was going beyond the basic check in and check out. The easy access to the Zuid station made getting to the center of town a breeze.
