"This was one of the best hotels we stayed during our Scandinavian trip covering Norway, Denmark and Swedeen. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to Sickla Metro station. The staff were very friendly, even when we checked in at 1 AM—the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile. Breakfast was excellent and worth every penny. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked 2 rooms for a 7nt stay. We had requested 2 rooms close to each other as we are a family of four. Upon checking in we were informed that we were allocated 2 rooms very close to each other. In general the hotel is very good, we were on the 6th floor and both rooms were recently refurbished (very new carpets!). One minor gripe I have is that they did not have any USB charging points built in. These days most hotels have this and especially for a recently refurbished room it was slightly disappointing not to have this, but not a major issue. Plenty of storage spaces in the room and bathroom but could do with a few more clothes hangers. Another minor issue was with the shower; the shower screen in the bath did not have a plastic seal either at the base of the movable section or between the two halves. This meant it was almost impossible to stop water leaking to the floor when having a shower. I don't know if this was just in our shower (Rm 609) or this is the case in all rooms (forgot to check the other room). One of the reasons we booked this hotel was based on the excellent reviews regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately during 5 of the 7 days the main restaurant was closed and breakfast was served in the bar area. This was very underwhelming. It was a small area but we felt the hotel could have done more with the breakfast in this area. The main restaurant was opened on the last 2 days and we cannot fault the breakfast offered on these 2 days. This takes 1 star off."

"A nice hotel. Outside of Stockholm but close enough to make it accessible by public transport, cycling or moderately-priced Uber trips. If you are going to be in Stockholm a lot though, it’s better to stay in Stockholm. Walking distance to ICA and Hemkop grocery stores."

"Great breakfast!!!!! Just loved the place and hope to return. Staff helpful. Location great. Near metro and close enough to museums to walk. My first visit to Stockholm and would return to this hotel. Quiet and comfortable."

"Pros: Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had gluten free toast and dairy free options (oatmilk, oatmilk yogurt), and lactose free milk. Shower got hot and good water pressure. Location is about 10 min walking from the waterfront, not in the busy area but very easy to get to by foot or metro/bus. Clean hotel and area, and quiet with no noises at night. Many restaurants and a metro station very close by. Hotel responsive via email and check in very easy. Cons: Small rooms. Shower wasn’t draining well, had to stop shower several times to wait for water to drain. Breakfast small and they don’t refill everything- eggs and bacon were freezing cold at 9 am. No full length mirror in room. Description states AC but you cannot control it from your room and did not see any AC unit in the rooms/just small vent on ceiling. Cannot open the windows so can get a bit warm depending on the weather. No safe to store valuables. No dressers/shelves to store any clothes in the room, just a few hangers on the wall. Bathroom a good size but had tho space to put anything down. Towels very small. Elevator was not working one of the days."
