The location was very convenient to Lionshead Village. We were able to check in early and keep our car at the hotel even after check out the next day, which was a big plus. The restaurants in the lobby were both good and we enjoyed the hot tub and the workout area. All of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. We would definitely return if we travel to Vail again.

Exterior of property is in great need of a facelift. Common areas are dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Our unit was great, clean and stocked. At checkin I received an access key for secure areas, but not the code for the door to my unit. Very inconvenient oversight. It was also not brought to my attention that the unit has access from two floors. We entered on bottom floor and about broke our necks getting heavy luggage up a spiral staircase to the bedrooms only to discover an access door from that level!!
