Reception, i ragazzi hanno imparato il manuale, ma danno molte informazioni sbagliate, orario della colazione del fine settimana, possibilità di parcheggiare fronte hotel, molto lenti.
Dal lunedì al venerdì meglio non parcheggiare fronte hotel, ci sono i tribunali, meglio cercare nei paraggi oppure pagare 15 euro per il loro parcheggio.
Camera stretta, nuova, armadio (come da foto) ridicolo, al bagno mancano...
"Decent hotel if you’re just passing through, but not the best for sightseeing or a relaxing stay.
The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is pretty limited, and the hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area—not much around. Not as close to the airport or downtown as you’d expect, so getting around takes time. Also, traffic noise at night can be annoying.
Fine for a quick stopover, but probably not great for a longer stay in Madrid."

"It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room.
We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day.
It was really fabulous trip"
"Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and very handy for the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium (about 25 minute walk). Reception was efficient and friendly. Had a bar in the main foyer and you can order a range of choices to eat for lunch or dinner. Only criticism was food service (ordering) was a not great. We ended up going to McDonald's up the road (5 mins walk). Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of buffet. Disappointed the bar seemed to close in the evening quite early. We returned from the show we went to see at around 11:30pm and the bar was shut, which was odd for a large Hotel. "
"Good location close to the Barajas Airport. Not much to see or do around the area, but the location is great if you are staying overnight to travel the following day. The breakfast buffet was excellent."
