“Parking was a bit of a crapshoot. There were about 12 free spaces outside at the hotel entrance. Next option was 8 Euros a night for secure underground parking. The free spaces were not easy to come by. This could have been explained better on the website.”

“The breakfast buffet was excellent and served in a large room. Our room was clean, balcony nice size. Outdoor Pool (not heated) was nice with ample loungers. Most staff attentive and helpful. We would like to single out two staff members (Gisela and Romulo) who provided outstanding service. Thank you. ”

“가족여행으로 4박 이용했습니다. 근처에 베나질 동굴 보트 탑승장도 가깝고 해변도 가까웠습니다. 다만, 호텔 정문 앞 차량 세우기가 어려웠고, 이름은 확인이 안되나, 상당히 불친절한 벨보이가 있었습니다. (가족들을 내려주고 주차장으로 가려고 했으나, 일시주차가 안된다며 상당히 불쾌한 태도에 기분이 안좋았습니다.)저는 사전에 후기를 보았고, 유료 주차를 신청해서 호텔 건물내 작은 주치장을 매우 편리하게 사용할 수 있었습니다.”

“Breakfast was a varied buffet, catering for all tastes. Great amenities, clean and spotless. Room service by Marida was flawless! Front of house staff were great. A special mention should be made of the cleaning team and the team that maintained the pool and grounds, everything was beautifully perfect. Thank you for looking after us! ”
