“Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning views from our patio. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Our room was incredibly clean. The drive up to the hotel was a challenge,(for us) however, the staff drove our luggage down to our car after our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property to stay at in your travels.”

“The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. The place is perfect for quiet respite, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast! I recommend to anyone for solo stay or couple gateaway! Their wines are great too! Just make sure to have food for dinner if you want to relax for the evening as everything is pretty far. But the drive is gorgeous and fun! ”

“Tout le personnel fut d'une gentillesse à faire pâlir les grands hôtels. La chambre était grande, moderne et tres fonctionnelle. La propriété est immense et superbement entretenue. “The property is well situated about half way if doing the Douro drive loop. Grounds are lovely with rooms overlooking vineyards - very serene and quiet. Lots of onsite parking. Staff encourage picking and eating fruit off the trees - the oranges are excellent! There is a nice pool area.
