โThis is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time was good. This time however they didnโt have me the room I reserved and paid for. I have to ask to change room to a sea view room.
I booked a Deluxe sea view room which in the past was a larger room. They first gave me city view room on the second floor which is smaller and noisy. They then gave me a room on the fifth floor (their highest level) but that room is even smaller than the second floor room. It does have a sea view, but...

There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, โno reservations are requiredโ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didnโt have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked.
Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
