“The staff is absolutely amazing. Very quiet and clean overall experience.”

“The place is delapidated. The room was ok, had a bed with pillows, running water, tv, etc. Guest safety is questionable.”

“The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light. ”

“Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet - though I don't think there were many guests there during our 2-night stay so your mileage may vary. Location was an easy walk to our destination (the MCPA) as well as downtown Findlay.”

“I have stayed at about every hotel i can think of and i am not a person whom typically writes a review, however, this one was warranted! Wvery part of our stay was too notch from check in to the clean rooms , comfortable beds, spaciousness, actually a microwave AND a decent size fridge in the room. The breakfast and the staff serving absolutely the most hospitable. My son who isnt a small boy went back for yet more breakfast and i was expecting a funny look. “The room was lovely and comfortable, but no kleenex tissues. However the breakfast was a big dissappointment. You advertise full breakfast - not according to my liking. the sign in the breakfast area says continental breakfast which that is what it was. will not return to this motel. ”

“Nice clean room, newly reburbished, and a friendly and helpful check-in person. But check-in took over 30 minutes. The hotel had the reservation, but had not received the payment I made. The problem was supposedly caused by a payment service in Dubai. The clerk told us it was the second time this week that this had happened. In fairness, let me add that I only made the reservation 3 hours before arriving. But a good computer system should have been able to handle that.”

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”

“Breakfast menu at all Hamptons has slipped some over the last few years. The fake scrambled eggs turns my stomach. They used to have small cheese omelets that were way better.”

“The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. ”

“This was my first time staying in a Drury Inn and Suites. I was very pleased with everything offered. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was very clean and inviting. I do recommend this hotel.”
