Good location, helpful staff, cleaned and spacious rooms. However, we found the several small worms/bugs on our backpack which been put on the floor of rooms when we left.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of four! The apartment was super cute, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It stayed nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after long days exploring Venice, and the beds were very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly, communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

We are truly grateful for your kindness and support throughout our stay. You went above and beyond to help us, and your friendly, caring nature made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely thoughtful and attentive. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and memorable — we couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The entire trip stay was handled very well by the staff with a key less entry and access to the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessities and we had a perfect canal side view.

Overall it was good, but the interior didn't match the pictures, and there weren't many kitchen utensils. Only one room got sunlight in the morning. Even then, it didn't get any sun for the rest of the day. But since we were out most of the time, it wasn't a huge problem. There was a heatwave and it was incredibly hot outside, but the AC worked so well that it was great coming back to the hotel. On the plus side, there are two bathrooms and the space is quite large.

Easy stay at these well appointed apartments. The staff answered questions and sorted issues quickly via email. Useful to have the kitchen and washing machine and the kids liked having their own rooms. We loved staying on Giudecca and getting the vaporetto to wander Venice, but when we fancied staying closer to home there were good local restaurants nearby to the apartments and the coop was useful and only a few minutes walk.

Calm and quiet island area across from Piazza San Marco. Recommend buying a day or couple day passes for water taxi to cross over daily to the other side. We loved this place and highly recommend it!

We were very happy to be on the island of Giudecca. It is much quieter than "crazy" Venice but still had nice places to eat. Once we figured out the vaporettos it was easy to get over to the main island. LOVED our view of the canal!

We had a great stay. The room was clean, everything worked as it should. Felt right at home. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff responded quickly to even the smallest of needs. There are a few markets, and several cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved our time here!

Great property enjoyed our stay - would come back

Pros: super property - everything inside the property was brilliant. Charming island away from crowds - experience local Venetian life - less touristy. Cons: As no guest services on site they ask for passport details and credit cards via email in advance which isn't safe security practice (they need to find a safe way to improve this) Expensive ferry to island from main town Limited dining options on island compared to main town.
