the very first step of the venice.
location is fantastic. Even you arrive at the airport 11:30 pm, you can use shuttle bus, also it's free. Staffs are gentle and kind. All the process in this hotel is smooth and easy. Calm and tidy hotel. Room condition is almost perfect, I recommend you to open the window if it's not that cold. Air is bit thick and tough. Breakfast is 10 EUR per person, I strongly sure that it deserves. I came down too early, so some menus were not ready, but I do satisfied.

기존 호텔과 다르게 주택형식으로 되어있어서 신선했고, 공항까지 무료 셔틀버스 운행 너무 좋았습니다. 안에 시설도 너무 좋고, 노을지는 모습도 너무 이뻤어요!

Unusual location
Access to the hotel is only available by the shuttle bus if you are not driving your own car or riding a taxi and you have to make a phone call to the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus ( normally coming within 15 mins). Nothing around the hotel other than itself. The hotel itself is fairly ok but a bit expensive though it might be the standard of Venice.

Very good hotel!!!
Overally it was very good. We landed in Venice airport very late, so we looked for the hotels near the airport. The room was very clean and cozy. It was better than I expected!! The price was reasonable also. Very satisfied!!

This hotel is very well located next to the airport, I stayed here whilst waiting for my fights the next morning. The staff here are very friendly and they offer a shuttle bus to the airport to save the sort walk across the way. I would say the hotel was very quite even being next to an airport i did'nt even once wake up to any noise. I would stay here again definitely.

This is a lovely hotel! Its situated on beautifully maintained acreage. Shuttle service($5 euros per person)is great so you'll be at the Marco Polo Airport in literally 3 minutes!! The restaurant has fabulous food!! Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. Paolo runs the bar and restaurant in the evening and he is awesome! One mention that travelers should be aware of is the restaurant hours. It is open for breakfast from 4:30 am- 10am Monday-Saturday! Dinner is from 6:30 pm also Monday through Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Sunday!! With that being said we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back again!!

We used this property for the night before a very early flight to Prague. Very close to the Venice VCE airport, easy check in and receptionist that brought us directly to our lovely clean room It has a convenient shuttle (starting at 04:30!).

The walls and doors of this hotel are thin . We heard the man next door vomiting all night, and several early departure guests woke us up at 6:30. Additionally, we had to walk down a very busy road to reach a restaurant.

It is very close to the airport so if you have to catch an early flight is just perfect. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes Great. You will need a car for anything you need outside the hotel. This is the only negative point.

A great place to stop over if you arrive late in the evening or have an early flight. Clean, friendly and efficient. Good food on the restaurant but the surroundings are a bit sterile. Doubles as the breakfast room so get why this is the case. All the staff were lovely and friendly which got a hotel that probably had a lot of people pass through is impressive. Would definitely use again.
