Dear Guest Anonymous; Thank you for your opinion but I can reply that I find the comment very strange: I feel very strongly about the issue of Breakfast Room, I try for all our guests (beautiful, ugly, tall or short) :) to give the possibility to rotate every morning a table ... I can always do it !! The large tables are prepared for 4/6 or 8 people, if of course I have families (which happens often) for them the big table is always dedicated so as not to divide them. The choice of seats at the table is not accidental, I decide to dislike them but rather to make everyone feel comfortable and happy. I only regret that this bad mood of his did not tell me, I would have done everything possible to please her !!!!!!! I don't understand why you are always ready to argue negatively behind the computer ... I find this very strange. I find that every negative thing can lead to a change or a Positive solution but I always find it too late .. I always remain of the opinion that the rooms (all different) furniture, paintings and furnishings can please and not please ... it always remains a subjective feeling. For the questions I have been asked ... I do not know which question I could not answer ... I am very well informed about my city !!! I love my city and discover it every day more and more .. The Ancient House Portego - Farsetti family palace as its name implies the road in front of us was born in 500, we are behind the famous Jewish Ghetto, the oldest in Europe. we are in the most popular and Venetian part of the city in the historic center, close to all means of reaching attractions and islands (airport and trains) the house is 100 meters from the only casino in Italy, magnificent in its kind! we are 10 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and 20 minutes from Piazza san. Marco ... what more could you want? I love my area is absolutely the advice, not because it was born here but because the reality outside the tourist circuit is far better !! I regret that you did not like the stay, you decide the room you choose when you see the photos and descriptions - all our rooms have all the original features, furniture and furnishings of the family but also all very different .. it depends on your artistic taste. We have all the modern comforts in all the rooms, air conditioning (in summer) hot air (in winter) soundproof windows (for rooms that see the city) flat-screen TVs and free wifi throughout the house. The dimensions of the beds are Standard - Normal with the measurements reporting 90 x 200. Unfortunately the hardness of the mattress is always very subjective. Anyway if you're not wrong to do your review, I'm sorry the stay was disappointing .. I hope it will get better next time with a small discount :) Thanks for everything !! Until next time.. Unfortunately the change is foreseen on the third day of the stay in our house, we do not have the service of a Hotel, but you can always request towels and change sheets with a small supplement if you wish it :) Asking you get everything you want !! Thanks for your review. We provide hot and cold water in the Portico area to relax after a long walk. , all working! there is a safe for small children for hot water. There are different types of herbal tea and chamomile. I regret that you did not find this quality as you expected, but I assure you that we are the best by the standards of a House, certifications attest to it and we are proud of it.
