호텔에 도착하니 천장에 달린 에어콘이 크고 최신식으로 보였다. 하지만 몇시간 후 에어콘은 제 기능을 발휘하지 못했고, 더운밤에 잠을 설쳤다. 다음날 카운터에 말했더니 방을 바꾸어 주었다. 하지만 그방의 에어콘도 마찬가지, 그다음날도 더워서 잠을 못잤다.

괜찮습니다.
혼자 자기 충분히 침대 넓고 깨끗하고 위치는 기차역에서 매우 가깝습니다. 다만 샤워부스가 매우좁습니다. 씻는데는 문제없습니다.

여름엔 좀 더울듯.
우선 냉장고가 없어 불편했고 에어컨도 오후 6시부터 사용 가능했으며 둘째날은 6시 이후에도 에어컨이 안되어 말씀드렸으나 개선 사항이 없었다. 큰 돈은 아니지만 씨티텍스비도 호텔스다컴에 나와 있는것보다 많이 냈다. 위치는 좋았고 직원분들도 친절은 하셨다.

베니스 본섬에서 이용하기 좋은 숙소
베니스 본섬에 숙소가 위치해있고 산타루치아역에서 가깝습니다. 산타루치아 중앙 출구로 나와서 왼쪽으로 조금 걸으면 숙소가 있습니다. 숙소 주변에 상점들과 맛집이 있어서 밥을 먹기도 편합니다. 숙소도 최근 리모델링을 했는지 실내가 매우 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 베니스 본섬은 차가 없어서 늦은시간에 시끄럽지 않습니다. 중앙역 근처라서 바포레토 타는곳도 가깝고 데스크에 계신 분들도 너무 친절했습니다. 본섬에 숙소 고르기가 매우 어려우실텐데 추천할 만한 호텔입니다.

욕실이 좁은건 이해하겠는데 드라이기가 소리만 요란하고 제대로 바람이 나오지 않아서 머리 말리는데 애를 먹었어요. 그거 빼면 딱 제 값하는 숙소입니다.

엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고올라가야했지만 계단이 그리 많지않아서 괜찮음. 역까지 걸어서 5분. 수상버스타는곳까지도 5분. 주변에 마켓은 없지만 괜찮음. 아침식사 깔끔. 직원들이 전부 친절. 단지 침대가 넘 높아서 굴러떨어질뻔...ㅜㅜ

위치도 괜찮고 직원도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 시설도 좋았으며 위생 등 관리상태도 좋았습니다. 완벽하진않지만 생각나는 안좋은점이 별로 없는것 같습니다.

최고입니다. 적극 추천합니다.
정말 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 가격이 믿기지 않을 정도였습니다. 딱 하나 안 좋은 점은, 승강기가 없어서 짐을 손으로 운반해야 하는 것이었습니다. 직원이 도와주기는 했지만, 그래도 3층까지 들고 오르락내리락해야 했습니다. 그외는 완벽했습니다.

Great little hotel at a very resobale price 5 minutes from the train station. Perfect for accessing all the main areas of Venice by foot. Lots of choices to eat and drink close by and a supermarket a couple of minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even carried our case up the stairs to our room. We had the double room that included the connecting room as we were a family of 4 that were cleaned daily. The rooms were small but perfectly fine for our 4 days exploring Venice.

This is a great hotel if you want to be on the main Venice drag and not far from the train station. Eating and shopping is close by. The facility is clean. A couple things to note. Room 12 is right on the Main Street, and you will noise late into the night. Also, room 12 is tiny. It’s all bed, one tiny desk, and a small dresser. Not a place to hang out when you need a break. But otherwise this is a nice hotel close to interesting things to do and see.

Muy bien el hotel en relación calidad-precio. Agradable servicio. Perfecta localización. Lo único que a veces había un poco de humedad en la habitación y se salía un poco bastante el agua de la ducha cuando te duchabas. Todo lo demás bastante bien. Lo recomiendo mucho.

If you need a place to crash.. This is your place. Like all places in Venice, these are old buildings, but this one is clean, rooms are small as every single place in the city. I'm 5' 3 and found the shower very small, but hey.. It does the work. Hot water, AC was great. Don't hesitate if you plan to crash after long walks and sightseeing the city

We stayed for a night .Excellent location just outside the train station. The room was very small and basic and the bathroom even smaller. It needs renovation. If you are interested in just sleeping in the room and not expecting any luxuries this is just fine. Worked for us. The lady in the reception was very polite. We asked to leave our luggage after checking out and that was accepted. Thanks

Affordable. Clean. Hospitable
A very enjoyable stay. Economical with simple management. If you want to be central to the station and ease of water buses. Fully recommend. I will stay again. It is a Hotel though without 24 hour reception

Nice practical room in Venice
The room is big enough in Venice, nice, clean, basic room with a white venecian wallpaper on one wall which was a nice touch. It's minutes from the train, and unlike other hotels, you can always walk to it, no need to rely on the Vaporetto

Juste ce qu’il faut.!
Séjour de trois jours, hôtel à l’emplacement stratégique, commodités à proximité. Concernant la chambre très petite, chauffage bruyant en permanence, j ai vu une fois le personnel a mon arrivée puis plus personne ni personnel de ménage. Mis de côté cela la sérénissime demeure magnifique à chaque venue de ma part!

Good value for money, but bring ear plugs
In terms of location, I’d give this hotel 10/10. It’s literally 5mins away from the train station and minutes from the main bridges in Venice. As for the comfort I’d give it 7/10, mainly due to the noise from the outside of the hotel and also from the internal side of the hotel. The walls and windows just aren’t sound proof. So your comfort is up to luck if there is a big gathering outside, of if there is an inconsiderate group of guests who don’t mind shouting inside the hotel. Mind you, the hotel is tiny, and your room door is meters away from reception and this eating area which will be used by young people to have a few drinks and have full on conversations at ridiculously late hours at night. So overall I’d recommend this hotel, but come prepared with a good set of ear plugs, these will come in handy.

Hotel limpio y cómodo cerca de la estación
La habitación era un poco estrecha, pero la cama era enorme para una persona (1,35) y muy cómoda. Estaba muy limpio, y se notaba, sobre todo, en la mampara de cristal, que no tenía ni una gota de cal. El personal del hotel era muy amable y éste estaba situado en una calle principal, cerca de la estación. Muy recomendable.

Perfect for a short stay in Venice! Only about a 2 min walk from the train station. The staff were welcoming, bedroom was quaint but we didn’t need much else & the breakfast was exactly what you expect of an inclusive breakfast, sets you up right for the day. The only downside was our bedroom being right on the street so it was noisy at night but it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thank you!
