Many customers say they are sooo polite , and they are correct! The father, Papa, actually took us in their van and dropped us off at a restaurant. Perfect place to stay if you would like to be close to Venice and the airport. I am very sensitive to noise and the rooms were very quiet. The area is industrial, so there is not much traffic at night. I would surely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel for families. Very accommodating. We arrived well past midnight and they weny above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable beds. One complaint is there are no laundry facilities even though Expedia description has them listed. Absolutely will stay here again.

The property is newly renovated. 5 min walk to the train, which is one stop away from Venice. Or you can take the bus which is right outside the doors of the hotel. Parking is great and secure. The only issue is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, so you need to commute.

Even though the properly is in an industrial area, the cleanliness, staff friendliness convenience to shopping and proxikity to the lagoon city and ease to get there by bus, is a big plus .

Best thing: bus stop in front of hotel!

It’s rather old and tired, could use an upgrade but it was clean and the service was good. The bed could be more comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is there’s a bus stop in front of the door to get to Venice Sta Lucia and back!

Room is very clean, bathroom is big, people are very nice. We walked back to the hotel from Venice in the afternoon, enjoyed afternoon sun and view from top of the bridge. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel, you can find an Italian Merlot at €1.89. Strong recommend this hotel. Wei from Toronto.

The place is around industrial area. The room is average. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFULL! Breakfast is extra $ and the shuttle/taxi to airport and Cruise port is also extra $. The hotel is about 15 minutes away to the main bus terminal in Venice. There is a BUS stop in front of the hotel but only till 6:45 pm. Otherwise, the train is about 15 minutes walk if you miss the bus later than 6:45 pm.

Overnight stay near Venice

We book this hotel as an overnight stay near Venice on the way through to an alternative location. The hotel is located on the mainland but there is a bus stop outside which you can use to transfer you to and from Venice island There is also a train station located approximately 5 minutes walk. There is a secure car park attached to the hotel which is good. Staff were welcoming and very helpful with advice. You can also buy bus tickets from the front counter. Room was small but clean and functional and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. As a note if you wish to do any very early morning or late night photography on Venice island, public transportation finishes at approximately midnight and does not begin again until about 6:00 a.m.

Mostly happy.

The overall stay was great. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We had a bus stop to Venice right outside the building. Everything else was a minimum 10 minute walk. An elderly gentleman whom I believe was a manager was very blah and seemed to be inconvenienced by our request for a hotel transfer to the airport which they provide upon request. He didn’t even help us load the luggage and only had conversation when we asked a question. The hotel room was a nice size, comfortable and clean BUT WATCH OUT FIR THE SHIWER STALL. It has a 6 to 8 inch border that is extremely slippery and my friend at 71 years old fell and landed on her hip and neck. She is sore, battered and bruised but THANK GOD nothing broken. BE CAREFUL!

The hotel is clean, it's right behind the train station, however the area is very industrial. We booked 2 nights with breakfast and when we got to the hotel they told us we didn't pay for the breakfast. The booking on Expedia didn't show this detail.
