베네치아 호텔 메트로폴래 서비스 별로 임,
베네치아 성마르코광장에 근접해 있다보니, 호텔측이 "갑"이 아니었나 생각됩니다. 예약을 수개월 전에 했음에도 방배치는 후면쪽에해서 바다가 내려다보이는 전망좋은 곳을 아니었고, 특히 아침식사는 아주 엉망이었음, 바짝 마른 빵(나이프도 잘 안들어감, 손으로 힘을 주어 찟어서 먹어야 함)에 커피, 과일, 요거트, 삶은 계란, 입에 맞지 않은 베이컨류(엄청 짬), 아침에 일어나 따뜻한 스프나 부드러운 빵이면 모를까 3박동안 매일 똑같은 메뉴로 힘들었음, 또 욕실은 배수가 안되 한국에서처럼 샤워기를 사용할 경우 객실까지 물이 들어올 수 있음, 샤워 커튼을 잘 사용해도 물이 욕실바닥으로 나옴, 솔직히 하루밤에 70만원가량되고 세금도 3박4일동안 1백만원 수준의 5성급 호텔의 서비스는 최하위 수준임. "가까운 것 외에는 그닥 추천하고 싶지 않음" 다시 간다면 베네치아보다는 베네치아과 근접한 도시에 최고 좋은 호텔로 숙박을 정하고 버스나 열차로 이동하여 관광하는 것이 더 저렴할 것임, 베네치아는 모든 것이 내륙에 비해 30%가량 비쌈

최고의 전망과 훌륭한 서비스
파리에서 로마로 거쳐가는 일정 중 하루를 베니스의 이 곳에서 보냈습니다. 편안한 미소와 허니문 축하 메시지로 반겨주는 따뜻함과 창문을 열었을 때 보이는 석호뷰의 전망은 가히 최고였습니다. 객실 가구나 복도의 인테리어 및 장식은 고풍스럽게 꾸며져 있어 시대를 거슬러 체험하기 좋았습니다. 에어컨은 다소 약한 탓인지 습한 감은 있었지만 그리 나쁘진 않았고, 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 지리적 특성으로 인해 모기가 많아 객실 내부에도 적잖게 있었습니다. 모기박멸을 위한 용품도 함께 구비되었으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 어쨌든 하루만 묶고 가기엔 너무 아쉬운, 다시 베니스를 온다고 해도 찾고 싶은 곳이었습니다.

Location and history of the hotel were great and most staff members did an amazing job. However, my wife’s pricey makeup set was stolen from our room, and some of the additional services were hopelessly overpriced. Almost comical was a rat one morning in the dining room spooking all the guests!

This hotel is dark … And, I mean dark both in the lobby and our room. The color scheme is scary if that’s what you like you would love it. The hotel breakfast was included in our rate $$$ was a joke. They don’t even have any type of breakfast meet for 2 out 3 days we were there. How expensive is bacon or breakfast sausage? To make up for lack of items on display, there were 3 different plate of pineapple - seriously?!?! I know we were we in trouble when they need to serve croissants as special item from the kitchen so they can control quantity and those croissants is at best passable. There were no other pastry available except for some type oily mini donuts. Btw, you get a physical key to your room not a digital card and you supposed to leave it the front desk each time you go out…talk about safety?? The bathroom is a mess too - there is this small glass partition for the shower but useless and we should wet the floor regardless how careful we shower. Don’t stay here if you have a choice. Your money is better spend a 2 star hotel … sigh.

タクシーの乗り場も備えており水上バスの停留所からも近いため、行きイタリアから電車、帰りは空港へとアクセスが便利でした。サンマルコ広場まで歩いて行けるので買い物にも食事にも便利です。ホテル内の装飾がとても素敵で特に階段が個人的に気に入りました。スタッフがとても親切でいろいろお願いしやすかったです。

We stayed as a family of 6 persons, 3 rooms. It was a sanctuary from the mayhem of Venice. Venice is fantastic but pretty full on. The staff were all excellent, they were friendly, polite, chatty. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from concierge, the bar, breakfast team & housekeeping. Rooms were quiet, well maintained, overlooking a peaceful garden. Enormous bed, great bathrooms. this hotel has everything that you may require including a private dock straight into the hotel. I heartily recommend Hotel Metropole.

The staff was most helpful and accommodating and the restaurant and bar service was equally exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. The room was elegant and spacious with every detail attended to. The overall hotel decor and furnishings were exquisite. We would recommend the hotel to any visitor to Venice.

The hotel staff were incredibly efficient, professional and polite. We had no issues that had to be dealt with; it was simply the day to day attentiveness. The breakfast was absolutely on par with what one would expect from a higher end hotel, and the recommendations for dinner excellent. I would highly recommend!
