Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room.

Property was clean and close to shopping areas. Ylenia the receptionist is extremely welcoming and has great communication skills. Despite the glaring looks as if we did not belong there as African-Americans, Ylenia was the comforting face at the end of the trip.

Ylenia was awesome, Recommendations were great. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside I guess it no elevators but not a big issue cause our room is on the second floor. Location was central but in a quiet alley. Highly recommend this Property.

Loved the location of the property. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are within a 10 min walk or less. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. If you have motility issues this stay wouldn’t be for you as it does require multiple stairs, but I really think it’s worth the few flight of stairs

Location is very ideal. Close to San Marco piazza and Rialto bridge. Tons of places to eat close by. Located in a quiet discreet alley way (calle) . Appartment was spacious with a separate sitting area, dinette and sofa from the bedroom. Super clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again

The suites are a renovated 17th century bulding a 4 minute walk to St Marks and 7 minutes to the Rialto bridge and Vapareto. The staff was great. Ylenia gave great transportation options that saved us some money. We ate a delicious breakfast each morning literally next door at the Splendid Hotel. Great location.

This property is wonderful, great location and beautiful suites. However, beware they do not have an elevator and heavy luggage is problem up the steep stairs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the boat so a porter is a must. Call the hotel and they will accomodate.

Unfortunately, we did not get the property we thought we had booked through Expedia, so will stick to Airbnb next time. The room that we found ourselves in was clean and comfortable, however. Although, we had received communication back from the host and suggestions for transport, we had been spoilt by having an excellent host in Rome who booked transportation and offered assistance throughout our stay. Whereas we did not have that luxury here. The wifi and phone signal was pretty much non existent, we did mention this but apparently it was working in reception. Again, it was a clean and nice room, but just not what we were expecting; we had booked the suite with the terrace.
