"Check-in and check-out was so easy, which was great after a long journey. The airport shuttle service was perfect. The guy came and picked us up right after we called the hotel, he helped us with our stuff and he was so nice. He was again waiting for us the next morning to take us back to the airport at the exact right time. Breakfast was very simple, filling enough to get you on with your day. I had an excellent night's sleep, the beds were very comfortable. They gave us a bunk bed for our 2 kids which was perfect. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a night close to the hotel!"

"I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center."
