"We stayed 5 nights at the Renaissance Allentown Hotel. The location is great with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the lobby is modern, stylish, and well-designed with nice art installations. However, the experience inside the rooms was disappointing. The corridor carpets had a strong musty smell, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and basic amenities like dental kits and daily replenishment of toiletries were missing. Housekeeping was inconsistent and not up to standard, with poor cleaning in areas like bins and drains, and even worn or torn bedding, which felt unacceptable for this category of hotel. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, and parking is convenient and reasonably priced. Overall, great location and aesthetics, but housekeeping and maintenance really need improvement."
