"Amazing place surrounded by beautiful nature, with gorgeous views over the hills. We had the chance to dine at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, absolutely outstanding quality of food and drinks. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the number of bugs we found in the room. We understand that the windows are left open during cleaning, but adding screens would really help prevent this. "The hotel was great, there was a leak under the sink, they sent someone to fix it quickly. The building was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great and you can access the coffee machine all daylong. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. Very close to the Duomo. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!!"
