"This hotel is clean and spacious. We like the room equipped with a kitchenette which is great to prepare our own meal. This hotel is not too far from the downtown area. The staff is friendly. We will consider staying here again in future."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Rialto. The front desk staff were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. It was also very convenient to have a spot to briefly pull up and unload our luggage, and there is a parking lot nearby for leaving the car, which made things much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. We would definitely stay at Hotel Rialto again and highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is like going back in time, to a time when hotel staff and amenities were Soley focused on the guest. This place is just magical. We were able to take advantage of the gold lounge with a fabulous view of the harbor and delicious hors d'oeuvres. The staff, from the bellhops to the check in desk to the waitstaff at the lounge and restaurants, are absolutely the politest, the most helpful group of any hotel we have ever been exposed to. Do not miss a chance to stay here when in Victoria."

"This was our second stay here, and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. The initial room we were given had a non-working air conditioner. We called the front desk, they came up to inspect it, confirmed it wasn't working, and promptly transferred us to a new room with an A/C that did. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent (though not great), and there was a big male elk relaxing on the front lawn when we checked in."
