It's safe and clean. Most of the hotels have turned into something you don't want to be in.
Chinese men and brothel next door. Stained furniture. Sorry that is the truth.

The plumbing needs to be turned up it makes noises and sometimes I smelled a little sewer gas but only for a brief time. Need to establish a relationship with some Tuktuk so they will be available for customers
