"Oh my goodness! This is an inconvenient hotel! The building is new but cheap material for a Hilton franchise ! No carpet 😵‍💫 The swimming pool is outdoor and CLOSED! My children were very disappointed. You have to pay for the parking which is not fair at all! The rating of the breakfast wasn’t honest! We had way better in other hotels, so this wasn’t really something wow! I wonder what kind of people rated it… The guy who told us that the pool was outdoor and closed was rude (he had curly hair I don’t recall his name…) any way, c’est une expérience à ne pas refaire…"

"I stay at this fine hotel quite often. It's friendly, convenient, and close to everything. The free breakfast is a great perk. Good to see the heating/air-conditioning system has been upgraded."

"The staff were excellent, friendly and accomidating. We had some problems with our first room, but management moved us to another room so they could address the issues. This would of been a 5 star review but the Konek AI setup for the wifi and cable was absolute trash. The wifi password wouldnt work after dozens of attempts. The hdmi cable would lose connectivity, and all the streaming services through Konek ai would freeze or lose wifi signal. Its a shame that this poorly working tech made our trip less than fully enjoyable. "
