El personal del hotel muy amable y estancia muy agradable.Comida muy buena .La habitación espectacular,camas y almohadas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. Lo recomiendo, volveremos a ir.

Not a UK standard 4 star hotel. Air con didn’t work properly, the bed for the children was a pull down sofa which was very uncomfortable. Not a great choice on the half board evening meal menu. Wouldn’t stay again

The sauna and spa was closed and No complimentary beach shuttle as promised. Very disappointed because that’s reason I originally booked otherwise it was not worth it. I would like a refund

Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant. Chambre confortable super piscine intérieure et extérieur. Restaurant très bon et super serveuses ! Merci à Marie et Sara qui ont été très agréables !

Barely a 3-star hotel
Checkin was ok, staff is multilingual We didn’t use the paid parking as you can park outside Lift wasn’t working on our arrival, our bedroom was at the fourth floor!!! Our bedroom was flooded, it was raining very badly so we requested another one and had to go downstairs again (no lift, remember?) Change was quick In the second bedroom, the stovetop wasn’t working, the furniture and bathroom were outdated and we had only two towels for 4 guests. There was a dishwashing kit, very useful. Spa facilities are very outdated too but massage was great, the sauna wasn’t working. The lift wasn’t working again so we had to go through the service stairs to get to our bedroom. Access to the pool is 8€ for the whole stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok but could be better, on the second morning the microwave and the toasters weren’t working either. Pool table wasn’t working in the reading room, sliding doors of the main entrance were out of service too. The hotel is close to PortAventura, Tarragona and Salou, so very well located but deserve a full revamp and complete refurbishment. Too many things weren’t working even if the price was affordable. We always book 4-star hotels but this one was by far the most disappointing and doesn’t deserve this ranking.

Passez votre chemin !!!
Attention ce n’est plus un Mercure !!! Je vous déconseille d’y séjourner !!! Nous étions quatre nous avons une chambre pour deux avec deux lits une place et un canapé-lit le canapé-lit était tellement horrible que nous avons dû dormir le matelas par terre. C’est censé être un appart’ hôtel il y avait deux verres , 2 cuillères, pas de bol pour le café rien ! deux chaises !!!! Bref hallucinant. Je ne vous parle pas de l’état de la cabine de douche avec des poils et des cheveux c’était super agréable !!! 200€ la nuit !!! Sans le petit dej !!! Merci bien
