โI would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. โI could smell smoke from the restroom all night long but they said thereโs nothing they can do with it. One lady I met in the morning was kind but the front lady was not. Also the hotel is quite different from the picture from homepage and there were no water bottles in bending machine.โ
โQuick and polite customer service. I was on the first floor by the pool. Really quite peaceful. Got some good sleep. Wish they had more amenities in the room but everything was perfect. โ
โWe loved the location. Itโs right on the bike trail and next to the lake. 10 minute bike ride to downtown. Easy 10 minute walk to the Allianz Center. Liberty Station is a great restaurant that is nearby with a beautiful outdoor patio. Great breakfast. Our room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. โ
